We struggle with building efficiency relational systems because the dashboards offer this limitation. For example, we have a list tracking our leads. We have a separate list tracking our campaigns. The leads are linked to the campaigns via relationships. In the leads list, where we track the deal stage and potential revenue, we would like to do a dashboard report that shows number of leads per campaign, potential revenue for interested leads and actual revenue. We would also like to do a conversion rate calculation on the dashboard.

The Problem is that our campaigns have distinct properties that we track. We can't generate this report tidily in the leads list using widgets. A bar chart that could show deal stage in one axis potential revenue as the value grouped by campaign is not possible at the moment using relationships. We will have to duplicate data entry just to create a dashboard report based on the relationship data.
