Hi ClickUp Team,

I’d like to request an option to customize the default time for task reminders triggered by “When due date arrives” → “Post a comment.”

Currently, these reminders default to 4:00 AM, with no apparent option to change the time. We’d like our team to receive these reminders at 7:30 AM EST instead.

I’ve also explored using Automations as a workaround, but the “When due date arrives” trigger requires a specific date rather than dynamically following each task’s actual due date.

Suggested improvements:

* Allow users or workspace administrators to set a default reminder time, such as 7:30 AM.

* Allow Automations to trigger at a specific time on each task’s actual due date, automatically adjusting when the due date changes.

Example: If three tasks are due on October 28, October 30, and November 3, ClickUp should automatically trigger each reminder at 7:30 AM on its respective due date, without requiring separate automations or manually updating dates.

This feature would help teams receive reminders during working hours and eliminate the need for complicated workarounds. I understand this may already be a requested feature, but I’d appreciate any updates on its development.
