Customizable Portal Experience (e.g. Client Portal, Ticket Support System)

I'd like to use Clickup as a client-facing portal. Currently, you can share specific dashboards & lists with guests, but I would like to be able to customize a hub where clients can access their files, receive and pay invoices, view a project schedule, have a message center, receive and sign documents, schedule a meeting, and view tasks assigned to them. I have found ways to do a few of these things, but not all, and I would like to be able to have more control over how the guest account is organized. For example- I'd like guests to see a sidebar organized into custom categories (message center, calendar, notifications, invoices, etc.)

I agree this would certainly streamline the process.

Would love to have a powerfull tool that works almost independtly from the rest of ClickUp, but inside ClickUp and with all the data coming from it.
I think that the future of Dashboards should be a place where Clients and even some especific users work only there, without the need to travel to shared tasks/lists/folders/spaces. And having that power would need the ability to create a website-like enviorement, where you can add images, videos, sub-pages, buttons, etc. like a drag and drop website company (WIX, Webbly, etc..) with the strengh of ClickUp's Widgets.
It really can be something great (more than already is).
For example, you should be able to replace an entire Tickets Support System with dashboards having the alternative to show information based in "login" styled system. So not all users would see the same options, buttons or even widgets. You could limit or filter those accesses via tags, teams, sharing and permissions, etc...
Maybe that's really ambitious but, if ClickUp can make that possible it would definitly replace many other tools and make it the probably the most powerfull tool for productive, daily work management.
And yes, probably this is something only needed in Business Plus and Enterprise type of Workspaces, but could potencially bring so many new clients as well.
Please, provide some feedback on whether this is possible or maybe you are already planning anything like this.

Hi guys,
Here's another one from long time ago. Probably you might want to explore into something like the idea above. Even when the post was published 2 years ago, still makes sense to me.

Great! I also need it!!! It's a great feature to be considered. However, it would be great to have it at a task level, not at a list or file or space level. So I can customize everything, and the client can chat, open tickets, etc. etc. I would be really great!

ClickUp really needs to make a client portal management feature very similar to Fusebase (Formally Nimbus) https://nimbusweb.me/

Yes! This is an essential feature for most businesses. And If ClickUp doesn't want to take the time to build it natively, They should at least integrate with www.easyportal.com or something like it to provide a seamless customer portal experience that uses ClickUp as the database.

Would love to see the kind of functionality also. I'm currently having to use Notion to build a client portal for each project or customer because ClickUp's sharing options are way too restrictive. I want to assemble a dashboard of views where I can easily set the permissions for everything. Some pages I just want to be view only, and I don't want the client poking around. I can create a share a link for this purpose and embed it in Notion. Yet I can't just do that natively in ClickUp... The ClickUp team are missing a trick there surely!?

This is the way. Client portal for uploading documents would be a game changer.

Yes, it would be amazing to have this feature. I spent a while setting up the Client Portal workspace only to find out that Guest Sharing doesn't have the comment/ chat feature. I now had to use another program to accomodate this. Look forward to this feature!

I would love this as well. If the dashboard could add a board customisation feature, lock boards in position along with hiding board headings and be mobile-friendly, it would set ClickUp apart from its competition and be a massive drawcard for service-based businesses. It is a high priority for me as it would up uplevel my client experience, keeping me only in ClickUp and all information in a central place meaning i don't need to add an additional app/subscription
