Currently, the endpoint /team/{team_id}/time_entries does not retrieve Time Entries of Custom Task Types but ignores them completely. Therefore, we have no possibility to access time entries of our Custom-Task-Types for our reports and billing system. It would be vital for our system to be able to retrieve this information.
When displaying the calculation time tracked vs. time estimated the custom task types are included but when fetching time entries so we're able to get results for
- a specific time period (e.g. March)
- a specific amount of hours (contingent of 50h)
or
- hours of a specific time period with an offset (e.g. hours March without already billed hours out of a contingent)
the custom task types - in our case: support tickets - are not displayed.

I want to add task types to my workflow, but I can’t until it’s in the API, and I can actually use the data.

Not having this field in API response is rendering this feature unusable for our work flow because of our integrations. We really need this.
