I would like to have a option to edit my custom IDs on more than one space for the reason in my work environment I update my lists frequently and then the updated list replaces an old one now each time I do this currently I cannot use the same custom IDs for the spaces which is basically the same

Experiencing similar issues, and attached is what I responded to the Support Team with; they have added me as a voter here but not what the issue was, so reproduced for information.

At the moment I go to each space’s Customize Task ID setting to see if a custom task ID has been set (and what it is), unless I drill into one of the tasks. It would be useful to have an area where you can easily view all of the spaces’ custom task IDs set to see if any are not using them, plus a historical log of which custom task IDs have been used before for a particular space.

For example, I am trying to apply a custom task ID which apparently has been used in another space, but there is no indication of which space this is or whether that space is still active or archived.
