Custom Field Activity/Changelog

At a minimum, a changelog for custom fields would be great. Being able to see who changed what and when.
Being able to comment/discuss in the same manner as a task seems like it'd be beneficial. So basically the Activity section from a task but for custom fields. This would be useful for my teams.

It would be of great help to know who moved a custom field to a new list or at least know when it was added. In our workspace we are having problems with custom fields being added to incorrect lists and generating unnecessary information in several lists across the space.

Just a field that showed last updated by in the Custom Field Manager would be GREAT!!!! I'm tired of people across my organisation adding custom fields to my spaces by mistake or worse
