Custom Date Ranges for Viewing Timesheets

Right now we can only view a set Sunday-Saturday week view. I would like to be able to select my own date range to see how many hours employees worked. Total Hours between Aug x and August y.

Honestly - being such a complex application I cant believe they don't have this feature - it's literally the most basic and obvious feature to have. I cant pull out accurate data because of this
