Custom AI StandUp

It would be useful to have the AI StandUp for each space/folder/list/project/person. That would give us the flexibility to share updates about specific productivity over the last 24 hrs-30 days

Problem Statement:
Current standup reporting in ClickUp lacks granular context control, leading to generic updates that don't serve specific team needs. Additionally, status changes can create misleading productivity signals when managers are simply overseeing tasks rather than actively contributing.
Proposed Solution:
Enable workspace administrators and managers to configure AI powered standup prompts at the Space or List level.
Customizable prompting templates specific to each Space/List's unique workflow requirements
Contextual reporting that aligns with the actual work being performed in that particular area
Manager defined parameters for what constitutes meaningful progress vs. administrative updates.
Use Case Example:
A product team's Space could prompt for feature progress and blockers, while a marketing team's List could focus on campaign metrics and content status all within the same workspace but with context-appropriate reporting.
This approach transforms standups from generic updates to targeted, actionable intelligence that reflects how teams actually use ClickUp.

Vincent D'Amico: got it, thanks for sharing more detail :)
A thought: users can currently save and share prompts. Would this feature unblock your use case?
It's a bit advanced because it'd require someone to write their own prompts to specify exactly what they'd like their updates to look like. But once set up, anyone would be able to get these updates at the click of a button.

I don't think prompts can be shared on mobile as of right now. If you could pull the ones saved on mobile. I think that's 😎
I will say I think eventually it would be a nice thing to be able to have a prompt to pre saved on your home screen at least. If your creating a workflow for different spaces and onboarding teams. It would be nice to know I could tell them to pre save a prompt to be used.
do I think this is a p0 or p1 no, I think it's a nice to have and eventually could be a p1 if your trying to gain more adoption with managers. It would be a nice to have feature if it doesn't take much time to develop. Obviously I understand your goals are large.
Since Clickup gives so many different options. When we onboard different teams. It's hard for them to understand usability making the product have more pre made structure can help guide users for more adoption.
I think your iteration of how you had made the AI Agent Builder really cool. I was thinking something like this for helping a team better understand how there team can track a standup. I haven't invested much time on trying to master the prompt for this yet. More to share but I'll leave that for another more on topic post. Keep up the great work Alex!
Can't wait to see what's coming!

We really need to have the ability to have filters for the AI Standup.
We want to have the Ai Standup on the Project Overview (which for us is the folder level) and be able to have a filter set to just see the standup for that folder (and task list contained in it).
This would also be useful so we could create multiple Standup Ai cards on the same dashboard, but pulling in data from different locations.
