It would be helpful to be able to bulk import users using a CSV. Your system actually lists "CSVs accepted" in the box where you add users.. but a ClickUp support team member said this isn't available. So at a minimum, you should remove that bit.. because, you know, "CSVs accepted" kind of implies that you can use a CSV hah.
Also.. I would attach a screenshot of where the "CSVs accepted" is shown, but when you click on the attachment button here, it just routes you back to the Feedback page - so someone should fix that too.
