It would be nice if you would do something more in the direction of CRM, sales pipelines, marketing etc.. It doesn't have to be a new HUBSPOT or BREVO but something with which you could build a CRM as a small company.

Hi MSHA! Thanks for the feedback! I'd love to know a bit more (from you or others) on where your pain points are today in setting up a CRM with Relationships in ClickUp. Where do you think the biggest gaps are, and what functionality would you like to see?

Caroline Ginty: my biggest pain is funnel management and analysis both on the full funnel and on the sales rep levels. Followed by the complexity needed to setup automations to manage simple sales activities.

Caroline Ginty the problem I am running into is connecting contacts to company in one go. So from one form create a company in company list and a contact in contacts lists

I can totally relate to this! I did manage to customize the system to my own needs. It took me a while, but now I have pretty much a complete funnel with automations. But still, it's not the perfect CRM.
