Creating a checklist now takes 3 clicks!? There's an easy way to fix it...

- Add a button next to "Add Checklist" that says "Add Checklist From Template".
- Also, don't ask me to name the checklist before creating it (it's obvious you can edit it after creating it).
That way, it's only one click to create a new checklist.

Why does this still say planned? I'm pretty sure this issue is fixed now. One click to make a blank checklist, two clicks to create from template.

Too many clicks to do anything and everything in this software. Maybe they should invest in hiring top talent UI / UX professionals.

Reduce the keystrokes needed to add a checklist in the task modal.
- Sometimes the checklist is renamed but not always.
- When a checklist is added the next action is adding checklist items unless it's a templated checklist.
I suggest adding a control like 'Quick Add Checklist' next to the Add Checklist control.
The new control will create a checklist with the default 'Checklist' name, and move the cursor to the new checklist item.

Nick: No, so if you edit a checklist template now & it’s saved in a task that checklist does not update. They are static & you have to remember to update them everywhere.

I agree - the default name "Checklist" is fine for 100% of my uses. If I want to use a template I could do that after creating the checklist.
