Create relationships that can be shared across a space or multiple folderless lists

I needed to make a relationship for a space but had to make that relationship in each list I needed it

I am using List Relationships to create Epics in a separate list (since they have different fields and statuses than dev items) and link the Development items to each Epic.
The problem is that I also need to add this same Relationship to other lists like our Backlog list, but I can't.
You should be able to add a Relationship field to more than one list.
The key part is that we don't want a Workspace-level field where you can add anything from anywhere in the workspace. We only want to link Epics to Development and Backlog items.

Allow the same relationship field to exist in multiple lists.

Currently if there is a special relationship between tasks in one list the tasks of another, I can create a relationship or task field that will allow me to make these references. However I cannot use this same field in another sibling list eventhough I want to make same reference to tasks in one specific list. Since these types of relationships cannot exist at the Folder level, I instead have to create this field over an over for every list I want this field added. While the best thing would be to allow us to create these fields at the folder-level, at least give us the ability to use the same relationship field between other lists.

'Relationships' Custom Field being added to folder

I have a folder for our client projects with three lists - to be set up, current and complete (as in the work, not the billing). In another folder I have a list of all our customers names (billing terms etc). I would like a custom field to be pulling the customer name from the list and have it appear in the task in all three lists in that folder. Support have confirmed this is not yet possible.

Hey Katarina Umana - thanks for the feedback! While we don't yet support Space-level Relationships, we do offer a Workspace-wide relationship, which you could create on the Space level, and then select any task from within that Space (or elsewhere in the Workspace). Here is some more information in case this might be helpful to you: https://help.clickup.com/hc/en-us/articles/6309153663639-Custom-Relationships

Caroline Ginty what I would love to see is to be able to use a single list relationship (i.e. Product) across multiple lists. That way a list can select only from products and you can group and filter on the "same" relationship field. Right now to do that, the field has to be called relationships and lookup cannot be limited just to the Product from the list where the field exists.
For this to happen I guess on the Product list it would act as a general relationship field, but on the other lists you will have the shared custom field that is just a relationship to product. I get there is a bit of a quirk here, but it would be very useful.
