Create properties and custom fields for Lists to enable reporting, filtering, etc.

We use lists to represent distinct campaigns and projects but there's currently not much we can do to report on these lists - how many of which type of campaign we're running, which teams are running them, custom fields at list level etc. Reporting wise, an example would be to find lists that contain X tasks.

Properties/Fields at the List level would be huge. Many people report using a list as a project:

in the list, not of the list itself.It's really a no-brainer. No matter what a list represents, it has distinct properties from the tasks within it.
This can be solved by representing that entity as the first level/task of the list. But this is really unnecessary. A list IS an entity and should have properties, beyond the current colors.
