Please also improve GANTT chart printing. You should be able to set the number of pages / tiles in ClickUp to PDF. Currently default PDF prints a huge GANTT on a single page making it illegible. Depending on the PDF software you have it can be tiresome to edit these settings

Better printing would be really helpful, count my vote.

It would seem that the target audience that wants to print things is just not a market they're interested in.

There are feature requests with no comments from ClickUp (that I can see) that are over 5 years old.

This is obviously a major feature gap, but one that seems deliberate (i.e. determined to be not a priority). And rather than being candid about it they're hoping perhaps(?) that silence will cost them less users than being up front. I can only infer their intent.

But based on experience working for, and as a customer of SaaS companies like this, if they were going to do anything about it, they would've said by now. The PM or PO would've chimed in, even if it was a "it's on the roadmap but we're not sure for when", etc.

Having print-format options introduces new potential users to the power of Clickup. This feature is just as important as public list views for that matter. I could see a number of use cases for this feature: Clickup users with college roommates, non-tech-savvy parents, children, startup companies with members hesitant to try Clickup — the list can go on.

Attached is Task View 3.0 in its current print state, being overlayed on top of the List underneath.

In comparison, attached is a preview of how Asana reformats all of the data to be printer-friendly. This would be ideal for slapping onto a fridge for chores or having inside a binder for inventory-tracking at a brick & mortar store.

+1 this would be very useful, especially since the export feature is limited unless you have a business or higher account.

For my use case, it would save me time and effort if I could pick what I wanted to print: usually title, description, owner, time tracked, time estimated, due date, custom fields, sometimes lists, never comments (used for internal notes). More time and effort would be saved if I can select multiple tasks/subtasks to print in one fell swoop. Ignore dark mode in example.

Would also love to see expanded printing features for PDFs and Docs. For example, comments are not included when you print a PDF, which would be helpful for our projects.

The printing feature for comments and activities needs improvement.

We use ClickUp to manage our orders. But we need to print a lot of pages every day. Current printing possibility is nothing different compared to web browser printing option. Just print button added. And we don't use it. ​

In my opinion it can be done different way.

Just like Forms, user should create Print View, where can add any information available on current task. Lists should be printed as is, but more focused on text to be fitted. And when click Print button, this Print form should be printed. Print forms should have page size options (like letter size). Also possibility to change font sizes can be great.
