Copy ID button in list view and Copy ID buton in Task inconsistently use '#' prefix

In list view, right click on task - select 'Copy ID' button. ID will be copied to system clipboard in this format #123456
Using same feature button 'Copy ID' in an open task. ID is copied to system clipboard in this format 123456 (without the prefix of #).
I can't think of a pro or con for going with either of these options, but, making it consistent would be very helpful. Thanks!
