Copy Dependencies in Recurring Tasks
Corbett Magotra
The "Copy Everything" setting in the Recurs options does not include Dependencies. We have several weekly tasks that depend upon separate executive approval tasks as part of the process. It is useless to set recurrences if the dependencies do not copy over.

Can we get an insight on this? is it being looked into? Luci N.

6 years after being reported, this is still an issue. Is this something that is going to be supported anytime soon?

Adding another vote for this - feels counter-intuitive when everything we're trying to do with ClickUp is improve efficiencies

Clickup - So bummed I am still having to redo all the dependencies every month after my EOM tasks are done.

Make this feature go viral for CU to see PLEASE it's the very essence of how this platform is supposed to serve

PLEASE prioritize this. It's essentially defeating the purpose of the automation of recurrences bc I'm still manually tying all the subs back together and the moment I forget, everyone thinks their actions are ready at the same time and it becomes a glorified chat loop. It's decreasing our overall efficiency

Please prioritise this. I have so many processes that are dependent on recurring tasks being done. I've had to add 'check task a' etc to my recurring tasks to make sure I've done another task that has to be done first. This should all be handled by dependencies

Please, this feature is extremely important in routines and needs to be developed and made available.

Yes - please please please - this is a killer feature, and it's KILLING me not having it!

Please consider this feature as crucial. Remapping dependencies takes quite a lot of time, especially when dealing with complex projects that involve cooperation among many departments. I kindly request the addition of a feature for remapping dependencies when setting the recurrence of a task in the "create new task" instance.
