In our current use of ClickUp, we are encountering a limitation with custom fields that affects the efficiency of our workflow. Specifically, we need the ability to change the type of a custom field from 'Label' to 'Dropdown'. This functionality is necessary for situations where the purpose of the field evolves or needs to be optimized for better data management and a more efficient user interface.

To ensure a transition with the least possible loss of information, it would be necessary that during the conversion, the first value assigned in the 'Label' field is retained for tasks that are already using this custom field. This would guarantee a smooth transition, where existing data is not lost but seamlessly integrated into the new Dropdown format.
