I work for a hypermarket in Marketing. Our team structure has four levels - the Buyer shares the product details with pricing via email, and the Graphic Team receives it. They start working on graphics and flyers; once they are finished, they share it with the digital marketing and social media teams. Simultaneously, the video team also works on the campaign. Our work is fully dependent on this process. How should I set up the workflow and tasks? Currently, we use WhatsApp to share work, but we want to switch to using ClickUp for shared files as well.
