I feel this feature request should be reopened. I had added a bit more details to how this feature would enhance my workflows and others I hope.

IN some cases I have a master form. But I want to send a drop down question pre filled out for the specific URL Created. Which is why we want this feature to create multiple urls for the same form to be viewed. But wanting Pre Selected Options selected.

I want to be able to give a Form to someone that Pre Selects the Drop Down Menu with some options Pre Selected. For instance if i have a drop down with Team 1. I want to make it so I can send this form filled out with Team 1 where they can not change this field. Its also unique just for this team 1.

Example of URL LINKS.

1) PARENT URL: clickup.com/masterform - This would be to have the master URL Form where anyone with link could modify the answers to questions. This guys to only people i trust to fill this information in.

2) CHILD URL: clickup.com/masterform/team1 = form url link example "Pre Selected" To Fill Certain Fields for Certain Questions that can not be modified. This would go to "Team 1". Lets say I have a Custom Field called "Teams" in the drop down the option is for Team 1 -Team 10.

3) CHILD URL:Here is another example of the Child link related to the Parent URL. Same goes for this example execpt I would want it to be prefilled for Form 2
