Conditional Logic for Forms
planned

Would be wonderful to have an if this, then that feature within forms.
Ie. If Question A = Yes, show question B.
If Question A = No, hide question B.
Etc, etc.

This would be very helpful as we are building a form for project intake. If we had conditional logic, we could easily allow our users to initiate a project using one form rather than using multiple forms.

I currently use Formstack to bring tasks into our Clickup workflow (via Zapier). However if I can eliminate the need for Formstack and keep everything clickup-centric that would be ideal.
However some of my forms are pretty complex so without conditional logic it becomes unwieldy. As soon as this feature is ready, then I'll be happy to remove yet one more platform to centralize here.

Also jumping on the Conditional Logic for Forms bandwagon. One of Three features keeping me from fully investing in ClickUp Forms: 1) No Logic 2) Embed uses an iFrame 3) Cannot Redirect Embedded Forms (just direct links)

@Brendan Wolfe This would be awesome! I know a very cool toolkit for dynamic forms that you could embed into ClickUp! www.tripetto.com (and I know the founder)

Dynamic Request Forms
Jocelyn Hanc
Dynamic request forms are ideal for managing requests for a development team that relies solely on requests coming through request forms. They would allow the ticket to get placed in the right project or assigned to the right person from the start.
Minimum Ideal Feature Set:
- Conditional Follow-Up Questions (go to next page or not)
- Conditional Assignees
- Conditional Parent Folders / Lists
Next Best Feature Set:
- Conditional Template Tasks
- Conditional Template Projects
Awesome-To-Haves:
- Conditional Project Owners
- Conditional Subtasks
- Conditional Status Change
- Conditional Custom Fields
We used Wrike for a few years and the dynamic request forms were the best feature by far.
Thanks for your consideration!

conditional/logic tasks from forms
Rachel Scales
it would be great if tasks could be created when answers meet or don't meet certain criteria.
for instance if a customer fills a form out and has a great experience, i don't necessarily need a task opened for that but I definitely would need one for negative feedback
or if we want daily feedback from employees but only would a task be created under certain criteria
basically we don't necessarily need a task created with EVERY form that's submitted
thanks!

Ability to have logical forks in forms for matrixed Q&As
Bob Mandel
Like Google Forms, it would be helpful to ask a question that based on the answer leads to a matrixed set of questions and answers. If answer to question A is yes, then ask question B. If answer to question A is no, then ask question C. etc.......

With the addition of conditional logic to forms, I might be able to get rid of Dubsado! I'm wanting to match clients with designers based on client intake form answers + designer workload/availability to automatically match them. Wow... if this becomes possible! Game Changer!
