Company-wide sections and manual sorting of channels

At the moment, if you create a section in chat, this isn't flowing through to our team members. It would be great to be able to choose if a section is for you individually or if it should apply workspace wide. It would also be great to be able to sort our Chat channels (including DMs - for example, mixing channels with DMs) manually other than by recents and alphabetically. This would give us a lot more control.

This would be massively appreciated! e.g. we have a group of client related channels that we'd like to setup for the team company-wide, instead of always having to ask everyone to manually add them to a section each time.
