Comments and Logs of a Task

Would it be possible to separate the comments from the task log?
e.g. First entry of a task usually is "You created this task" including date and time of that.
Later I maybe added a comment, then that comment is shown on the next line after the log-entry. and so on.
It would be easier to read if there was one view with only comments and a separate view with only task logs.
