Instead of colors, use different patterns or shapes to help those that are colorblind.

I also would enjoy if you would support adding e.g. different patterns for the state icons.
This would not only help colorblind, but also people with limited (or different / "individual") color perception!

I like dark mode but the colors used in the workload screen when set to tasks are very difficult for me to discern. I believe ClickUp uses red in this mode. Can you change it to blue, or allow users to set their own color. Blue would be much easier for protan colorblind people to see.

Yes this would be amazing please!

As a new user I've found that when colors are used to indicate a state or change, the contrast is not high enough for me to see the change. For the "billable" icon, I have to click it on an off to determine which state it is in.
If color is being used as an indicator, each state should be very distinct and contrast highly from the other states. Additionally, patterns or shapes should accompany those indications. Thank you!

2nd this. 1 in 12 men are colorblind. I myself am colorblind. Colorblind friendly palettes are helpful.
As an adjunct to this request, a tooltip that shows the common color name (e.g. red, green, blue) when hovering over a color would also be incredibly helpful. Sometimes I can distinguish that colors are different, like red and green, but I'm not sure which is which.
