As you have plenty of categories, such as Home, Inbox, Chat, Docs... (12 items) on the side menu, I have to scroll every time to access my critical tools / dashboards.

I don't use any of them as of now - beside "Home" and "Inbox".

In the attached video, you can see how much items I have and how much I have to scroll to find them.

Additionally, I would love if my "Favorites" can be alway opened and not collapsed.
