Collapsible comments

When forwarding an email to a task, especially if it's a long email thread, it would be helpful to be able to condense/expand the thread in the comment section.
Something similar to clickup task descriptions with a "see more" icon.

Collapse/hide comment area in Tasks

Many times we have tasks without comments and I would like to be able to hide or collapse the comments area because it bothers.
In the same way, even if we have a very long conversation, I don't always want to see it.
Hiding comments can help you focus on checklists and subtasks.

We would like to have a feature which allows us to collapse/expand comments in tasks because sometimes we have a lot of long comments.

The Send Email to Comment feature is great, but signatures, threads, and metadata clog up the task. Can we have the option to collapse long comments in tasks so they don't overpower the page?

This feature would be very attractive.

This would be great - I love that I can loop in an email thread - but scrolling through the thread is painful. ServiceNow has a feature to collapse large comments - can we get this too? Even if it’s just a default collapse to two lines when three or more exist.

ClickUp, please add this feature ASAP!

Adding another vote for collapsing long comments in general, and email in particular!

Any update on this feature? This is a much needed add

Please so this!
When I drag an email into a comment, I get a nice clean view that I can expand on.
But when I use the extremely useful 'send email to task' option I get a huge mess that overwhelms the UI and attaches multiple images to the comment section because of people signature lines.
Please make it so that when i send email to a task it is inserted as an object, the same as if I dragged it over there from outlook.
