Clips URLs behind Workspace authorization
Brent
Hey everyone!
Today, Clips are shared publicly through an unguessable URL and don’t require the viewer to be logged in. While this is standard for many platforms, we understand it may not meet all expectations.
Making Clips URLs require Workspace authentication is not currently supported, but we’re actively tracking interest in this post.
Workspace owners and admins can enable or disable Clips at any time using the Clips ClickApp.
If this is important to you or your team, please upvote this post and feel free to share any details about your use case in the comments. This helps us better prioritize the work and ensure we address your needs in the right way.

This is a security issue and should be treated as such. When we subscribe to ClickUp, everything should be private by default. I doubt that anyone who wants to use ClickUp either for themselves or for their business would want assets (or anything else) publicly available unless set to do so. This is critical and may prevent us from using the platform.

Essentially Clips are accessible for everyone if a link is shared. This is really not ok for storing information of any value and using Clips. Even internally. I can't imagine that any of your bigger customers is aware of this and still using Clips. Please change this. We want to use it.
