Clips 3.0 feedback: Popup when recording stops and/or Increased length of recording

Clips 3.0 is amazing! A blocker for my company: It's a bit problematic that the recording can stop without any notice.

This is especially true given a time limit of 45 minutes;

If the time limit were longer, this wouldn't be an issue.
If there is a time limit, then we could start a new recording once we get an announcement that the recording stopped.
