Absolutely, Our team uses clickup for everything and it works quite well internally but we really need the ability to communicate important info back to customers using clickup so we can keep everything in one spot and limit the amount of app jumping that we do. Something like a dynamic dashboard page that uses customer data we plugin to present a private client view that they sign into. That way we can put important links to content that individual customers may need, things like; clickup projects, chat, files, and embeds & external redirects. Then they don't have to keep asking us to email them the same information over and over again, because it's such a waste of time. Clients will be able to see everything one space. Now, It really doesn't need to be very fancy or sophisticated and I truly believe that clickup has had the foundation for such a feature for a very long time now with things like dashboards and embed view. You guys would just need to tweek a couple things to make it all possible. I also highly recommend taking a close look at https://www.copilot.com/ We've used this app in the past and it works well but we'd really prefer these features to be built into clickup even if we need to pay extra because then everything will be in one place. I'm positive that most businesses around the world could use this feature because currently there are no good options on the market. Something like this will take clickup to the next level and truly make this app unstoppable!
