1) There is no way to see the "missed" sync up in one place. When I have people trying to call me and i didn't get to pickup, i am not able to go back see it without going through all the different group chats or the individual chats to see who called.

2) once you started a sync with one person, there is no way to add another person without hanging up and adding them back in. This problematic as we may start with 3 people and realize, i need to add one more person to the discussion and we all have to hang up and start all over again

3) The syncup calling, the actual call window only shows up in Chat, we are not able to see the call coming in or call in progress when you click away.

4) There is no option to move the call to "picture in picture" or a pop out screen to be able to go back to working in clickup without losing the full screen view. For example, if someone is sharing the screen and i need to go do something in clickup, i have to minimize the screen share window being viewed to go to other sections in Clickup.

5) There are no incoming call sound in the Clickup mobile app

6) Right now there is no way to invite an ai recorder like Avoma to the call

7) For incoming calls, some people are not hearing any sound when they get a sync up invite - we dont know if that's a setting issue or what not

8) For outbound sync up, I only here the initial "Cling" sound and no other ringing sound after that. If the other party didn't pick up, you can't tell if it's a connection issue or what not

9) When you have an incoming sync up call and you are on another call on Zoom or somewhere, there is no way decline the call unless i go to Clickup and go to chat and find the chat window where the incoming sync up is coming in.

Many of these features above is what we are used to with MS teams today.
