ClickUp currently does not provide a native way (via Agents or Automations) to bulk add or update time tracking tags on already-logged time entries. Agents and Automations can log new time entries, but they cannot retroactively modify existing entries to add a tag like R&D without manually editing each time entry (or building an external solution via the API).
