The AI Notetaker is strong in it's outputs, but unfortunately the control of what it is attending and who has access to the outputs is not very well done.
Fireflies.ai for example (see attachment), allows you to have rich control on what types of meetings (internal vs external, for example) the tool attends. Right now, Clickup is kind of an all or nothing, and you must manually go in and choose not to have it attend (i have to reserve time each Friday to look forward into the next week).
Further, it is difficult to share the notetaker outputs with my team. The new document that it creates can't simply be shared, you need to copy it to a notebook that is already shared. We store ALL of our meeting notes in the same place each week, so if we could automatically link the recording to those notes, that would be amazing!
