When an email is added to an Activity, it really clutters that space because it posts and reposts all the conversation. The result is that the previous Activity is hidden from the task owner and skipped. That issue causes users not to use the Send email to task feature, causing details to spread across two systems (email and ClickUp).

I'd suggest removing or collapsing all previous conversations in the email and just showing the last response like most email applications do. The user can expand to See More if they want to read all the previous threads.

I love that email can be attached to the task. That is a huge win as we coordinate across time zones and teams. Developing that feature a little more will make it helpful and continue to push to make ClickUp the true record of truth on a team (and improve stickiness for ClickUp).
