Chat privacy for space, folder, list and task level
Andrea Quartarone
Hello, currently, even though folders and shared lists within a Workspace remain private only to the people they have been shared with, everyone can still see the first name, last name, and email address of all active members in the workspace. It would be appropriate to have the option to keep this information private only to the people involved in a specific space, folder, list, or even task.

Chat Privacy in shared spaces, folders or lists
Andrea Quartarone
Hello everyone. I recently discovered that even when sharing a folder, list, or space only with certain people, they can not only see the people involved in the space, folder, and list but also the email addresses, first names, and last names of other people outside the group involved in chats from other spaces, folders, and lists. From a privacy and confidentiality standpoint, this condition currently prevents me from sharing anything. I am using ClickUp solely for personal use, and it's a real shame not to be able to take advantage of all the fantastic features and "superpowers" of ClickUp if this level of confidentiality is not guaranteed, which should already be ensured from single activities up to the entire workspace. The logical principle is: if I share a project with people A, B, and C and chat with them even through channels, why should other people know who I am working with or who I have entrusted my projects to?

Andrea Quartarone To make sure I understand correctly, you would like an option so that a member can only see the name and email of other members if they share at least one item together (for example, a space, folder, list, or even a specific task). In other words, instead of every active member in the workspace being visible to everyone, visibility of member details would be scoped only to collaborators on shared work.
Is that accurate?
Andrea Quartarone
Armine Seropyan Exactly! I think it would be very important from the point of view of privacy 👍🏻
Andrea Quartarone
Armine Seropyan Do you think this feature could be implemented soon?
