When I try to bulk change a date on several tasks, when I click on the time, something pops up and I can't see what I'm typing

When I try to change just 1 task as a time, if I choose another date, the task just disappears immediately before I have a chance to change the time as well

We need to be able to select the time (on bulk edits) without time becoming hidden, and need to be able to change date AND time of a single task instead of the task immediately disappearing as soon as you change date, before you can change time
