I need to have the ability to type a list of items in the task Description field.

#1 Item one

#2 Item two

#3 Item three etc.

Currently additional unwanted functionality pops up every time I try to do it. This is something I need to do many times a day and the pop up significantly increases the time it takes me to do my job. Function Keys, not normal symbol keys, are for additional features/functionality.
