Your ai tool told me multiple times thsat it could do a PDF for me, it told me it soon would be ready. Asked if i wanted to change anything, said that all info was ready it was just going to put akk text and images togheter in a PDF and after i waited several hours and getting "unlimited" from you just so it could make my PDF ready it tells me that your ai cant make a PDF just now. It has limitations and cant do it. That is pure lying multiple times and got me wating by my computer for hours. I have a company computer and i cant change my settings so it will go to sleepmode after 10 miniutes so i had to sit by my computer almost constant for thoose hours.

I want my subscription canceled and a refund. I didngt pay to get a lying tool that costs me several hours of my time when i could have done the PDF in much shorter time myself. i cant upload my file here but hace copied the whole conversation to a word doc thati can send you.
