Ability to set the Time drop down menu to start at say 07:00.
Save having to keep scrolling down from midnight or for example inadvertently setting 3am instead of 3pm!

For me, it's about not defaulting to 12am at the very top anytime I click on Calendar. I only want to see a specific range of hours (my working hours) and not have to scroll down to view those hours.
