Button driven automation
completed

Would like the ability for a user of a task to press a button to launch an automation, and then have logic to display buttons based on a set of conditions. This would allow us to guide tasks through a workflow that is driven by the interaction of the assignee.

Zach I think I’ve found the issue. When using Button Automation, I cannot select the “Move to List” action. This is a big problem, because without that action, the button becomes much less useful. Could you please check whether this action is supposed to be available for button-based automations, or if this is a bug?

+Vote for this thing. Dear team, please let explain the other use case:
I set an automation which triggers on a specific due date and launches some kind of web hook which I need to test. Now I cannot do it. There is a workaround which is dumb: I have to copy the automation, set a different condition (e.g. change of a custom field), test the automation, then switch back the condition. While it works, still, there is no way to check if the due date/before/after condition was set correctly. Please check how this feature is implemented at planfix.com which is a king of automations. We used to use them but switched to you. Still, their level of automations & tests is unbeatable .
