Bulk copy one task / list etc into X instances of the same

There was already a post about bulk copy of tasks. It was marked as "complete" when multiple instances (let's say 7) could be copied into multiple instances (7).
What is really needed:
Copy one instance (1)
into multiple instances of tasks etc.
Use cases:
- tax office wants to easily create yearly tax filing tasks to all our their clients at once
- a retail store chain wants to create a to do / task list for each store at once

I run into this need as do a lot of my clients. Right now it's just a manual single duplicate but it would be great if I could select multiple lists to copy a task to (like the bulk move option)
