Hello Team, I have a request. We have an annual department budget approved by the board at the beginning of the year. This budget includes items which are bought once or every quarter or sometimes monthly. These items have budget lines and KRAs according to the company's strategic plan.

I would like to continuously track the expenses every month and also be in a position to see how far a particular budget line has been expended (Dashboard). Data can be updated manually but note that not all budget amounts are in most items spent. However, some items might be poorly budgeted for or for any reason exceed the budget-allocated amount. An example screenshot has been shared in the attachment.

In summary, its some form of budget tracking and procurement plan and it will be very instrumental in tracking department's annual budgets. Am willing to get in touch with the team on this to further discuss this unique use case.
