I was surprised to learn that the exclusion of the identifying information in a document is intentional and this was not actually a bug. We use one document to hold all of our meeting notes on a particular project, with each meeting being a new page within the document. That header information should always be included when printed.

I've attached an example. The text in red is omitted when printed or exported. Please fix this.
