I suggest that for any change that may generate a charge, a pop-up should appear to inform the user that accepting the change will result in a fee. This would help users be fully aware of potential charges before confirming any action.

This would have saved my company $400 last week. I was trying to understand the pricing model between members, limited members, and guests. Then I discovered that you could give guests edit access and thought I had found my solution. There was zero warning that giving the guest edit access would incur a charge. A simple popup warning me I was about to incur a charge and asking me to approve it would have avoided this issue. This seems like a standard thing to have implemented.
