Context: some people on our workspace work for an hourly rate and some not.

If owners or admins could set specific users to automatically "mark as billable" when they track time, then we could have a better separation of the type of time/work involved.

Maybe adding another column to the members/guests settings where each user has a dropdown to select:

1. undefined

2. billable

3. not billable

would automatically set that setting (mark as billable, or not) when that user tracks time and not allow them to change it... or forget to set it!
