Example: After billing a client for all October hours on November 5th, all hours logged by 11/5 can be marked as "billed." If additional hours are logged later for October, they should remain marked as "billable" and be included in the next billing cycle. This feature ensures only new, unbilled hours are pulled into future invoices.
  1. Billable Hourly Rate per Person per Project/Space: Enable the ability to assign a specific billable hourly rate to each person, customized per project or space. This ensures accurate billing by reflecting different rates across various projects and roles.
  2. Unit Cost per Person: Introduce a feature to assign unit costs (internal costs) per person. This would allow for forecasting of margin and future income directly within ClickUp, helping project managers and finance teams better predict project profitability.
