Just sharing my two cents. I could not discover how to tasks from LineUp 3.0, although it was plenty easy to tasks to the lineup.

After attempting to drag the tasks outside of the box to remove, trying to find a remove button, and more trial and research, I found the green checkmark button is used to remove tasks from LineUp, without marking the tasks completed. But --- it is the same green checkmark interface that is used to mark tasks complete or update the status. I think the 3.0 UI choice for removing from LineUp is not intuitive and leaves users like me are confused. The earlier 2.0 "x" button made sense.
