Same issue here!
Our teams individually decide and sometimes change what day of the week is best for starting the new sprint.
We want to create sprint folders with templates. So project managers either need to create two projects, a sprint project and the template one, then move all the lists over manually.
Also if the team wants to switch the sprint dates the same process repeats again which confuses customers.

Would an Adjustable Sprint duration solve your issue? We are taking that feature out of Beta soon.
