I'm a visual person, and ClickUp's aesthetics sometimes make me avoid having it open. I'd love to customize the board's appearance with colors or images (like task covers). Trello's visual appeal keeps drawing me back. If ClickUp offered similar customization, I'd stick with it. Visual interest is key for me.

I would also request the ability to have a background image for boards, like with Trello.
