Hello, Clickup? Anybody there? Do we finally get what you've promised?
Natalie Williams
Sascha Kirchdörfer haha maybe one day...it feels like it's getting slower and all the unneccessary clicking is getting to be too much. Despite knowing how much work it would be to migrate to another system I'm seriously contemplating it before my annual plan renews at the new higher rate.

Zeb - where on earth are we when it comes to speed? I'm actively testing other apps because having to wait on EVERY SINGLE THING I do in ClickUp -
and I do mean...
EVERY
SINGLE
THING
is affecting my teams work and productivity. We need to click a task and have it open immediately, or click into a folder and have it display the content immediately, not wait 10 seconds before we can then click a folder. Just to move from one project to another literally takes between 30 seconds to a minute every single time we have to change!
Now, mobile is faster when it comes to context changing, but we are not working on the mobile - we are working in the windows app or the browser.
Why, why, why are you putting everything else above speed and performance when for three years now, you've been seeing these threads talk about how critical speed is to your users?
PLEASE - we need this put up to the VERY TOP PRIORITY and a real solution rolled out yesterday. I can only speak for myself, but I'll gladly work within two or three environments that all work quickly rather than one that is slow and decrepit.
I stayed on due to the promises of 3.0 and the incredible speed improvements...
WHERE ARE THEY???

I feel overall it's always slow to load any task list and even slower for board view. I'm still using other app and I check Clickup often times since 2 years to see if it has improved but nothing yet. I paid for the pro once but the speed is the same so I cancelled.

So I create a task and information to delegate and press save then I look for the task and think where did I put the task. Then I look though spaces and folders and lists and go back where I started and think I forgot to save. So I create it again and press save and their is the first task right their. What a waste of time. Why is Clickup spending 1 minute of time on any other feature in the software until the core functionality of this software works day in and day out. Imagine if this was a car it might or might not start when you go to start it. What if it was a phone it might or might not make a call when you need to make a call. This is called poor quality. Of all the software we use everyday Clickup is the most unreliable. Sorry but it's the truth. When management understands that getting the core software we use 90% of the time working 99% of the time is more important than any new feature request then the software will be fixed. But while management fantasizes about how to create another feature we might or might not use and uses up all the resources of the team on that one feature then we are stuck. Its clearly a management problem.

this is coming EOM, right Zeb? 😘

Michael: Hey, Michael! Thank you for your comment. The team is hard at work improving the stability and reliability of ClickUp! Our Senior VP of Engineering just released a blog post sharing an update on what we have accomplished over the past few months! Check out the link to the blog post below.

Sydney: Update? Clickup is slower and more clunky than ever... already Asana share tanking; imagine when Clickup goes for IPO with this clunky scrap; 3.0 not really bringing salvation on that front. Quite difficult to understand; Todoist succeeds with a tiny fraction of the resources Clickup has at it's disposal.

There is a problem with Everything view calendars that have filters. They used to load in 4 or 5 seconds, now it's 4 or 5 minutes. All other views load okay.
This has been happening for a couple of days. Tested on MS Edge PWA, MS Edge Incognito, Google Chrome and Google Chrome Incognito. All the same issue.

Whether it's because of a slow backend of poor handling on the frontend, race conditions seem to be a huge problem in ClickUp.
Things snap back to previous states randomly, reset unexpectedly, and change without the knowledge of the user.
A faster backend would certainly alleviate some of these issues, but I think the frontend should also do a better job of handling race conditions.

Better infrastructure and faster loading + syncing. I hate it when the changes disappear after I sync or this (status won't save)

Very important. Team members are getting sick from this and dropping ClickUp!!
