Most automations that perform an action will show up in the activity log for a task, but if the action is to call a webhook, the trigger of that automation is not recorded.

Our workaround is to leave a comment as a second action after the webhook is triggered, but that sends alerts to followers. It would be more beneficial if all automations that were triggered were recorded on a task in its activity log.
