When a list is created in a certain folder or space I want to automatically apply a template and link to a certain task with the same name.

The use case I have at the moment for this is linking the CRM side of things with the project side of things. When a client is won then I have an automation that creates a list for that clients' project in the project space. However, I can't automate applying a template, adding client details to the description so there is still a ton of tedious manual work to be done which I feel should be easily automated. To apply some kind of scaffold automatically would be time-saver.
